We really enjoyed our trip to Martil Beach. It’s a vast stretch of coastline with plenty of different areas to choose from. Sunbeds and chairs are widely available, usually around 50 dirhams, and the spot we picked was clean with fairly good facilities, right near the water’s edge. We arrived in the late morning, and as the day went on it became much busier — not surprising in the middle of summer, when families flock to the beach. One of the things I loved most was the constant flow of beach vendors passing by, offering food, drinks, and even toys for kids to enjoy both in and out of the water. The sea here feels relatively safe, staying shallow for quite a distance, which makes it enjoyable for swimming. In the evening, you can stroll along the corniche or directly on the sand, with the glow of the illuminated beach cafés adding to the lively, welcoming vibe.
